§1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Raycove online store, available at www.raycove.com, the principles of placing orders, and the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer.

  • Buyer - an individual, legal entity, or organizational unit making purchases
  • Store - the online store operated by the Seller at www.raycove.com
  • Product - goods available in the Store

§3 Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the order form available on the Store's website. To place an order, you must provide personal information and a delivery address.

§4 Prices and Payments

All prices are given in US dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices. Orders are fulfilled at the price valid at the time of order placement.

§5 Delivery

§7 Complaints

The Seller is responsible for any non-conformity of goods with the contract. Complaints should be submitted via email: complaints@raycove.com. Complaints are processed within 14 days.

§9 Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect 14 days from the date of publication. Orders placed before the change of Terms and Conditions are fulfilled based on the previous provisions.
