30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving the product to return it without giving a reason. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to return a product?
- Contact us by email
- You'll receive a return form and instructions
- Pack the product in its original packaging
- Send the package to the provided address
- Once we receive the return, we'll refund your money within 14 days
Important: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or you received the wrong product.

Claims
If the product you received is defective or damaged, you have the right to file a claim. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
In case of a valid claim, we'll refund the full amount including shipping costs or exchange the product for a new one.
